Is Our Bathware Right For You?
When ordering a custom colour Basin or Halo Mirror, you should email us directly or contact us through the website, decide what collection (Powder, Nature, Pearl, Liquid) you want your custom colour Basin or Mirror to be, then supply a swatch of the colour you want to use, we will create two different shades of the chosen colour, from that you select the shade you prefer and we will produce the custom Basin or Mirror in that shade.
Yes, you can either view the images of each colour online (The colours shown in our photos may be slightly different due to photography, lighting, and other factors), or you can find your ideal Basin Lab colour by purchasing a Colour Swatch Box, use it to see what will best suit your renovation/project.
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, and Singapore. We do plan on expanding to more countries soon. We use the most premium service Australia Post offers (EMS) which uses the international postal service of the country it is going to. For example; all packages going to the USA will go through USPS, and you can track your item through USPS.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and after 30 days we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Products that are exempt from being returned include, any Custom Coloured products, Mirrors as they are Custom made to order, and any product that is not in our Standard range.

The iLLUMi™ electrical system is 24 Volts (Low Voltage). You simply have your electrician connect it to a transformer, we recommend, IP67 – 30Watt – dimmable – DC – to suit AS/NZS 60598.1 and AS/NZ 60598.2.1, electrician can wire it to a light switch or movement sensor, allowing operation from there.

No, a waste is not supplied with one of our Basins.
The standard Lightbox is designed for vanity tops 20mm or thicker, we can supply a collar for thinner tops, leave us a note at the checkout page (order notes can be found at the bottom of the checkout page).

You do have the option of having your electrician install a Movement Sensor
into the light switch allowing the basin to turn on and off with
movement, essentially turning your basin into a night light.
Always ask your electrician for their opinion.
